Mat is a seasoned SaaS executive with over 20 years of experience leading high-growth and early-stage companies through successful exits. His start-up journey began in the MarTech sector, where he played pivotal roles in several successful companies. Building on that foundation, Mat helped launch Ontic, a pioneering security intelligence platform, and discovered his passion for advancing innovation in the security industry.

Known for his ability to scale teams, drive revenue growth, and build enduring customer partnerships, Mat brings a proven record of leadership and a commitment to creating lasting value for both companies and clients.

Saurav is an experienced engineer with over a decade working across SaaS and large-scale technology platforms at companies including Sprinklr, Ontic, and Uber. As a founding engineer at Ontic, he partnered with clients and product teams to design and deliver solutions that supported significant growth.

He brings expertise in building scalable systems, guiding engineering practices, and aligning technology with product needs. With a track record across both fast-moving startups and global organizations, he focuses on using technology to solve problems and drive impact.

Jeff is a seasoned security professional who brings a proven blend of military and private security expertise to CenterSeat. A former Army Special Forces Green Beret, he transitioned into the private sector leading high-profile executive protection details across the globe, protecting senior executives and high-net-worth clients in complex environments. 


Building on that operational leadership, he earned his California Qualified Manager license, combining regulatory compliance knowledge with real-world experience to set and maintain the highest standards in modern security operations.
